Terms & Conditions
Please read these terms and conditions carefully before making a purchase from the seller’s online store. By placing an order, the buyer / purchaser agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions. In these terms and conditions, the seller is being referred to as the “Company” and the buyer/ purchaser as the “Customer”:

Exchange only–No refunds
- Undelivered Merchandise:
Customer may request an exchange for undelivered merchandise with any product of equal or higher value by paying the price difference, if applicable.
- Delivered Merchandise:
Customer may request an exchange for delivered merchandise within one day of receiving the order, provided that the returned merchandise is in an unused state and in its original packaging. Any price difference for the new item must be paid by the Customer. Shipping fees for the exchange will be charged according to the shipping address.
- Sales and Promotions:
During sales and promotional periods, the Customer may request an exchange within one day from the date of purchase, in accordance with the clauses mentioned above.

Risk of Damage
- Customer Responsibility:
Upon completion of the delivery and the Customer’s receipt of the merchandise, the Customer assumes all risks associated with defects or damages to the products. The Company shall not be held liable for any damages occurring subsequent to the Customer’s receipt of the merchandise and the signing of the proof of delivery (POD). It is understood that such damages shall not be eligible for coverage under after-sales services.

Non-Receipt of Merchandise
If all the items on the invoice are prepared for delivery and the Customer expresses unwillingness to receive them within 60 days of the date of issuance, the Company retains the right to cancel the invoice. In such instances, we possess the absolute authority to dispose of the merchandise. However, the Customer may utilize store credits to procure alternative item(s) or items comparable to those previously purchased from any branch of our company. Alternatively, if mutually agreed upon, a storage fee equivalent to 2% of the invoice amount will be assessed for each week of storage. This fee must be remitted prior to delivery.

Customer Responsibility for Installation
If Customer agrees to receive the merchandise without installation, The Company is not responsible for any damages or defects caused to the merchandise after Customer receives it. The Company is also not responsible for the subsequent installation of the merchandise, as such cases are not covered by after-sales services.

Inspection and Delivery
Upon delivery, it is Recipient responsibility to inspect the merchandise thoroughly. Please sign the delivery receipt and make any necessary notes if Recipient notices any issues.

Rescheduling Delivery
If the Customer wishes to reschedule the delivery date, they must inform the Company of the new date at least 7 working days in advance by calling Customer Service on: +971 54 2898299

Extra Charges
If the merchandise cannot be delivered to the customer’s house due to narrow entrances or high floors, the customer must pay the crane fees

Maintenance Guarantee
The Company offers a maintenance guarantee, excluding fabrics, for a period of one year on dining sets, bedrooms, and sofas. This guarantee is valid only after the merchandise has been inspected by a technical specialist from the Company. The maintenance guarantee does not cover the replacement or changing of parts due to breakage, excessive use, or the use of cleaning products harmful to fabric, marble, and wood. Please note that this guarantee does not apply to carpets, mattresses, accessories, and pillows mentioned in the above Terms and Conditions.

Minimum Purchase for Delivery
The Company does not provide delivery services for purchases amounting to less than 1500 AED. Customers can pick up their merchandise from the showroom or warehouse by coordinating with the customer service agent of the Company at least 3 days in advance.

Responsibility for Shipped Merchandise
The Company is not responsible for installation, defects, or damages that occur to the merchandise when it is shipped to a location outside of the initial delivery area.

Non-Returnable and Non-Exchangeable Items
Accessories, carpets, and mattresses cannot be returned or exchanged.

Chandelier Installation and Electrical Work
The company is not responsible for the electrical work related to the installation of chandeliers. If the price of the chandeliers is less than 2500 AED, a fee of 300 AED must be paid for installation, taking into consideration that electrical work on installation site must be finalized in advance.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of United Arab Emirates.

Entire Agreement
These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between the Company and the Customer regarding the subject matter herein and supersede all prior discussions, negotiations, or agreements, whether written or oral.

Severability
If any provision of these terms and conditions is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
