Terms & Conditions

Introduction

The buyer agrees to adhere to these terms and conditions when purchasing goods. The seller is referred to as “the Company” and the buyer as “the Client” throughout this document.

Returns and Exchanges


1. Undelivered Goods
The Client may exchange undelivered goods for any product of equal or higher value, with any price difference paid by the Client. The exchange period is limited to 7 days from the purchase date.

2. Delivered Goods
Delivered goods are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

3. Discounts and Promotions
During promotional periods, the Client may exchange undelivered goods within one day of the purchase date, following the terms outlined in Section 1.

Payment Terms


1. Showroom or Warehouse Goods
The Client must pay 100% of the invoice when purchasing accessories or goods available in the showroom or warehouses, before delivery.

2. Ordered Goods
For ordered goods, 50% of the total amount is required as a down payment at the time of booking. The remaining balance must be paid before delivery.

Minimum Purchases and Delivery Service


The Company does not offer delivery services for purchases under IQD 1,000,000.
Clients may collect their goods from the showroom or warehouse, provided they coordinate the pick-up at least three days in advance.

Risk of Damage


The Client assumes all risk upon receipt of the goods. The Company is not liable for any damages occurring after the Client signs the Proof of Delivery (POD). Such damages are not covered by after-sales services.

Failure to Receive Goods


If all goods listed in the invoice are ready for delivery and the Client does not receive them within 30 days of the invoice date, the Company reserves the right to cancel the invoice and dispose of the goods. The Client may use the invoice value to purchase alternative products from any of the Company’s branches. If the Client wishes to extend the storage period, they will be charged 2% of the invoice value per month as storage fees, payable before delivery.

Client Responsibility and Installation


If the Client opts to receive goods without installation, the Company is not responsible for any damage or defects that occur post-delivery. Installation services are not covered by after-sales services in such cases.

Inspection of Goods upon Delivery


The Client is responsible for inspecting goods upon delivery. Any issues must be noted on the delivery receipt at the time of inspection.

Change of Delivery Date


If the Client wishes to change the delivery date, the Company must be informed at least seven working days in advance.

Maintenance Warranty


The Company offers a one-year maintenance warranty on dining rooms, bedrooms, and sofas (excluding fabrics). The warranty is only valid after inspection by the Company’s technician. The warranty does not cover part replacements or damages resulting from breakage, excessive use, or the use of harmful cleaning products on fabrics, marble, or wood. The warranty does not apply to lighting, carpets, mattresses, accessories, or pillows.

Responsibility for Shipped Goods


The Company is not responsible for installation or damages that occur during third-party shipping outside of the primary delivery area. The company is not responsible for the electrical work related to the installation of chandeliers.

Chandelier Installation and Electrical Work
The Company is not responsible for any electrical work required for chandelier installations.

Additional Charges


1. Crane Fees
If goods cannot be delivered to the Client’s home due to narrow entrances or high floors, the Client must cover crane fees.
2. Delivery and Installation
Delivery and installation are free within the governorate where the showroom is located.
Clients outside this area must cover the delivery and installation costs.
3. AutoCAD, 3D Designs & Drawings Fees
AutoCAD and 3D design fees are quoted based on the project’s area and requirements. These fees will be deducted from the total invoice if the purchase is completed. However, they are non-refundable if the purchase is not completed, and the Client is entitled to keep the AutoCAD drawings.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction


These Terms and Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Iraq.
Any disputes arising under these Terms and Conditions are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Iraqi courts.

Entire Agreement


These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between the Company and the Client and supersede all prior agreements, discussions, or negotiations, whether written or oral.

Amendments


The Company reserves the right to amend or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time, without prior notice. Changes will take effect immediately upon publication on the Company’s website.

Acknowledgment


By making a purchase, the Client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions in their entirety.
