By placing an order, the buyer/purchaser agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions. In these terms and conditions, the seller is being referred to as the “Company” and the buyer/ purchaser as the “Customer”:
1. Returns and Exchanges
1.1. Undelivered Merchandise:
Customer may request an exchange for undelivered merchandise with any product of equal or higher value by paying the price difference, if applicable. In the case of returns, refunded amount within 14 days, processed through a bank transfer.
1.2. Delivered Merchandise:
A customer may request an exchange for delivered merchandise by paying the price difference within one day of receiving the order, provided that the returned merchandise is in an unused state and in its original packaging. In the case of returns, refunded amount within 14 days, processed through a bank transfer. Shipping fees will be deducted from the refunded amount, determined according to the shipping address.
1.3. Sales and Promotions:
During sales and promotional periods, Customer may request a return or exchange within one day from the date of purchase, in accordance with the clauses mentioned in Section 1 (Returns and Exchanges) of these terms and conditions.
2. Payment Terms:
• 100% payment of total invoice must be paid when the purchased items are accessories or are available items in warehouse.
• 50% down payment must be completed when the purchased items are purchased on order knowing that the remaining balance must be completely closed before delivery.
3. Minimum Purchase for Delivery
The Company does not provide delivery services for purchases amounting to less than 1500 AED. Customers can pick up their merchandise from the showroom or warehouse by coordinating with the Company at least 3 days in advance.
4. Risk of Damage
4.1. Customer Responsibility:
Upon completion of the delivery and the Customer's receipt of the merchandise, the Customer assumes all risks associated with defects or damages to the products. The Company shall not be held liable for any damages occurring after the Customer's receipt of the merchandise and the signing of the proof of delivery (POD). It is understood that such damages shall not be eligible for coverage under after-sales services.
5. Non-receipt of Merchandise
If all the items on the invoice are prepared for delivery and the Customer expresses unwillingness to receive them within 60 days from the date of issuance, the Company retains the right to cancel the invoice. In such instances, we possess the absolute authority to dispose of the merchandise. However, the Customer may utilize store credits to procure alternative item(s) or items comparable to those previously purchased from any branch of our company. Alternatively, if mutually agreed upon, a storage fee equivalent to 2% of the invoice amount will be assessed for each month of storage. This fee must be remitted prior to delivery.
6. Customer Responsibility for Installation
If Customer agrees to receive the merchandise without installation, The Company is not responsible for any damages or defects caused to the merchandise after Customer receives it. The Company is also not responsible for the subsequent installation of the merchandise, as such cases are not covered by after-sales services.
7. Inspection and Delivery
Upon delivery, it is Recipient responsibility to inspect the merchandise thoroughly. Please sign the delivery receipt and make any necessary notes if the Recipient notices any issues.
8. Rescheduling Delivery
If the Customer wishes to reschedule the delivery date, they must inform the Company of the new date at least 7 working days in advance.
9. Maintenance Guarantee
The Company offers a maintenance guarantee, excluding fabrics, for a period of one year on dining sets, bedrooms, and sofas. This guarantee is valid only after the merchandise has been inspected by a technical specialist from the Company. The maintenance guarantee does not cover the replacement or changing of parts due to breakage, excessive use, or the use of cleaning products harmful to fabric, marble, and wood. Please note that this guarantee does not apply to lightings, carpets, mattresses, accessories, and pillows mentioned in the above Terms and Conditions.
10. Responsibility for Shipped Merchandise
The Company is not responsible for installation, defects, or damage that occurs to the merchandise when it is shipped to a location outside of the initial delivery area.
11. Non-Returnable and Non-Exchangeable Items
Accessories, carpets, and mattresses cannot be returned or exchanged.
12. The company does not assume responsibility for either the electrical work or the installation of chandeliers.
13. Extra Charges
• If the merchandise cannot be delivered to the customer’s house due to narrow entrances or high floors, the customer must pay the crane fees.
• VIP delivery 24 hours 900 AED
• Fast track delivery 72 hours 400 AED
• AUTOCAD drawing layout: 3000 AED / 100 sqm. Amount paid for drawings will be deducted from the total invoice in case purchase is done, Or else nonrefundable (Customer can only take in this case AutoCAD drawings.
• site measurements visit / 100 sqm 1500 AED. The amount paid will be deducted from the total invoice in case the purchase is done, Or else nonrefundable.
14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Arab Emirates.
15. Entire Agreement
These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between the Company and the Customer regarding the subject matter herein and supersede all prior discussions, negotiations, or agreements, whether written or oral.
16. Severability
If any provision of these terms and conditions is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
17. Amendments
The Company reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the Company's website.
By making a purchase from the seller, the Customer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions in their entirety. • In the event that a customer opts to initiate a return for the purchased items, an additional fee of 250 AED Will be applied
