We, at Daze Furniture, are committed to ensuring a smooth and satisfactory overall experience, from the moment you place an order to the point of delivery. We have designed a flexible warranty, replacement, and return policy to meet the needs of all our customers, as detailed below:

HOW

To request a replacement or return, customers can submit e-requests through our customer service department. 

Adjustments resulting from a customer's error when ordering will be accepted if the customer informs us within 24 hours of placing the order, provided that the product has not been received or the service has not been provided.

When requesting product replacement, return, or maintenance, customers must provide the original invoice. 

Customers shall be entitled to return products within two (2) days from the date of delivery with its original package and If the situation meet our Terms & Conditions Below.

The company shall schedule a product pick-up from the same delivery address within 7 days from the approval date of the return request.

REFUND PAYMENT

In case of refund, the refunded amount shall only be issued to the person to whom the invoice was initially issued, using the original payment method.

In case of return, the customer shall cover the shipping and delivery costs, which will be deducted from the invoice.

REFUND NOT ACCEPTED IF

if the products are part of special offers, sale & promotion, clearance items they are not eligible to request a return or replacement under any circumstances.

To maintain public health and safety, bed sheets, pillows, mattresses, and accessories cannot be returned or replaced once they are sold.

Products containing integrated items that cannot be restored to their original condition are not eligible for returns.

Wooden furniture needing installation, once installed, cannot be returned. If a customer wishes to return wooden furniture before installation, an amount of (500) Saudi riyals will be deducted from the invoice to cover shipping costs.
