1.    Customers may request a return or exchange for merchandise according to the following:

 

Undelivered merchandise: can be exchanged with any product of equal value or of higher value by paying the price difference if applicable. In case of returns, 10% will be deducted from the invoice or the refunded amount within 14 days, through a bank transfer.

 

Delivered merchandise: can be exchanged by paying the difference in price (if applicable) within one day of receiving the order, provided that the returned merchandise is in an unused state and in its original packaging. 

 

In case of returns, 10% will be deducted from the invoice or the refunded amount within 14 days, through a bank transfer. Shipping fees will be deducted from the refunded amount and determined according to the address. 

 

During sale and promotions, customers may request a return or exchange within one day from the date of purchase.

 

2.    Customer bears all risks of defect or damage to the products from the time the delivery is completed. The provider shall not be liable for any damages caused after the customer receives the merchandise and signs the proof of delivery (POD), and such damages will not be covered by after-sales services.

 

3.    If all the items on the invoice are ready for delivery and the customer is not willing to receive them within 60 days from the date of its issuance, the company has the right to cancel the invoice and has the absolute right to dispose of the merchandise. The customer may use store credits to purchase any other item, or items similar to the ones previously bought from any branch of the company. Alternatively, after agreeing with the customer, a storage fee equal to 2% of the invoice amount will be charged for each month of storage and must be paid before delivery.

 

4.    If the customer agrees to receive the merchandise without installation, the company is not responsible for any damages or defects caused to the merchandise after the customer receives it, nor is it responsible for the subsequent installation of the merchandise as such cases are not covered by after-sales services.

 

 

5.    Upon delivery, the recipient inspects the merchandise, signs the delivery receipt, and leaves notes on it, if any.

 

6.    If the customer wants to reschedule the delivery date, the company must be informed of the new date 7 working days earlier.

 

7.    The company offers a maintenance guarantee excluding fabrics for a period of one year on dining sets, bedrooms, and sofas, only after the merchandise has been inspected by a technical specialist of the company. This does not include replacing or changing parts due to breakage, excessive use, or the use of cleaning products harmful to fabric, marble, and wood.

 

In the event of a manufacturing defect or the non-compliance of the merchandise with the invoice, the customer is eligible for a return or exchange and can return them in the same vehicle. This does not include carpets, mattresses, accessories, and pillows.

 

If the merchandise cannot be delivered to the customer's house due to narrow entrances or high floors, the customer must pay the crane fees.

 

8.    The company does not provide delivery services for purchases amounting to less than 1500 SAR. Customers can pick up their merchandise from the showroom or warehouse by coordinating with the company 3 days in advance.

 

9.    The company is not responsible for the installation, defect, or damage that occurs to the merchandise if it is shipped to any place outside the main location to which it was initially delivered.

 

10. Accessories, carpets, and mattresses cannot be returned or exchanged.

 

11. The company is not responsible for the electrical work related to the installation of chandeliers. As for the installation, a fee of 300 SAR must be paid if the price of the chandeliers is less than 2500 SAR.

 

12. Dear customer, we kindly ask you to confirm your order before leaving the showroom, as receiving the present terms and conditions does not entitle you to violate them.

13. All delivered products are not subjected to assembling, the customer should contact customer support and ask for the assembling price.
